As a responsible stakeholder, Eksim Group has been observing the improvements in renewable energy market very closely for a decade. Investing on renewable and non-carbon energy sources, Group aims to be a medium to convert the potential of the country to the benefits of whole society.

In the wind energy, Eksim has been measuring the wind speeds as per IEC 61400 standards at more than 100 locations of Turkey and made wind assessment and feasibility studies since 2000, For the time being, the licensees of the 7 projects with a total capacity of 247 MW have been granted by EMRA, necessary preparations have been started for the installation of those projects.

The first hydroelectric power plant project of the Group will be commissioned in 2009. The rest of the 4 hydroelectric projects which have capacity of over 200 MW are at the pre-construction stage.
